- KSKari SJul 3, 20251.0I tried to enroll my child here and had the most stressful experience. I did a tour and came back later the same day to drop off the application papers. Didn’t hear back for 3 weeks so I called to check on the status of my childs enrollment and to ask if they needed anything from me before the selected start date. The woman on the phone sounded a little agitated when she answered but i thought nothing of it after she found my child’s info and said there was no issue with the start date I requested. So I show up 3 weeks later with my child like I said I would, only to be told that my kid’s not even in the system and that there was a waitlist the whole time. It was never mentioned on the tour, when bringing the paperwork, or over the phone that there weren’t any available spots for my child- and when I asked the Director why my child wasn't even put on the waitlist nearly 2 months ago she couldn't answer. She asked me who told me i could come that day and I couldn’t remember the name of the female worker that I talked to over the phone, so she told me there wasn’t anything she could do. She offered to waitlist my kid for an opening in 1.5 months which is ridiculous since we already waited for 2, and because I would be going back to work in a few days. I still don’t know why I bothered filling out the paperwork if they weren’t going to use it at all, or why the woman on the phone lied to me. Thankfully my child will be going to a much nicer daycare that got my child enrolled and ready to go within 2 DAYS of this disaster.

My son is greeted in the mornings and greeted in the afternoons for a wonderful weekend . I couldn’t have made a better decision for my family’s mental health when it comes to our child . my child comes home singing when he learns at school and I see a totally growth in his developmental cognitively ,and mentally .. I love this Daycare . Highly recommend
