This is an updated review after speaking with the district manager of the Wilmington Childcare Network locations. From beginning to end, I had issues with this daycare. Minor issues (compared to later): no one ever responded to me on the app, no teacher uses the app, I never once received a photo of my child on the app, they talk about the app during the tour, but they do not use it, prior teachers gave my son candy A LOT, the toddler kids had way more than 15 mins of screen time on MANY occasions, and admin was often nowhere to be found. Biggest problem: One teacher here for the toddlers questioned my parenting at home, yelled at me, told me to pick up my son and leave, and was once held back physically by other teachers because she was yelling so much IN FRONT OF OTHER CHILDREN, including my own. She was taken to the teacher's break room and I could hear her yelling from the teachers lounge in the toddler's classroom. One teacher even suggested that I discipline my child in order to potty train him. I picked up my child MORE THAN ONCE when he was in dried poop up his back and down his legs. No one would change or clean him. Result: The local daycare never once offered any apology for anything above. The district manager residing above them did. I thank her for calling me directly to address all of these issues. Despite the apology, I would never go back to this location. My son is fully potty trained and thriving at a different daycare company.

Ms. Tonya & Ms. Jaida works well with the kids & is helpful with transitioning them to pre-k. My daughter adores them both & that’s more than I could ask for in a teacher. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I commute an hour to.work. I couldn't find a daycare with decent reviews within a 30 mile radius so i signed my newborn up here. The teachers are amazing. All the staff is great. There is nowhere else id rather send my child. I'll happily commute an hour with my child to keep him here. My last 2 kids were on a military base with high level security and cameras. This facility is the only one who has made me feel that same level of security with my 3rd child. P.s. I interviewed patents in the parkinglot prior to enrolling and theu also sang their praises.
