This daycare is unbelievably horrible I can't believe that it is actually still open. I paid over $390 and then the next Monday I asked how much did I owe. The Assistant Director stated that I had a credit of over 300 dollars which I was told by the director that I would have a credit after my next payment so that should've lasted 2 two weeks. The following Monday I was told that I owe over 300 dollars. I asked why did I owe anything if I had a credit. Tairence the AD said that it was used up. I asked how if I have a voucher and I only pay 137 dollars a week. He asked me when did I get a daycare voucher and I stated in May. He then proceeded to tell me that he didn't know what I owed and to wait four Bree the Director to tell me what I owed. I can't back the next day Friday and was told by Bree that she didn't know either and to wait until they could figure out a price. I came in Monday and get told by the new woman at the desk that my children can't come in because I haven't paid. I asked where Bree was and apparently she's hiding in her car. She comes in and tells me that they still sing know what I owed but my children can come in. She then asked to see my daycare voucher paperwork which I sent and also bank statements showing where we paid previously. We gave all this information to her and she said that she would tell me what I owed the next day. Two days later, she tells me we owe almost 400 dollars. We asking if they could be lienent and allow us to do a payment plan since we didn't get paid until the following week and they refused to work with us in anyway even though it was their fault it has escalated that much to begin with. I took my children out of this horrible daycare the next day. A week later, I call to pay the bs owed balance and I was placed on hold and then hung up on. I called back and they refused to answer my call. Nothing but childish, petty, immature people are in charge of this place. If you care about your children's care and safety didn't bring your children here. They also took inappropriate (nude from waist down) pictures of my youngest and emailed it to some random person

My granddaughter loved going to Childcare Network, they are so caring and loving to the kids that go there. They do allot of one on one with the kids, getting them to grow and be ready for the next school year. You can really see the love in the employee's hearts at Childcare Network. I would tell anyone to take there kids here. You can truly see the kids grow. This is a wonderful place to bring your babies.

I was scheduled to do a tour with this facility. I arrived 10 minutes early and it was such a hassle to find a parking spot in their tiny parking area. As I went to the front door one of the staff members allowed me in and then walked away. Mind you she did not know me nor even spoke to me just came and opened the door. Did not ask for ID or spoke to me. I stood in the hallway looking stupid as ever holding my baby waiting for someone to approach me. The real kicker is the had a door open where you could directly see the teachers and kids. So while I was waiting for anyone to approach me about the tour these teachers talked amongst themselves. It’s crazy that anyone would open the door and not request ID. Where is the safety and security in that? As well where is the customer service? How do you not know when parents come for a tour they scheduled online? Just from that stand point I knew this daycare wouldn’t be a good fit. Then had the nerve to email me saying they missed me and to reschedule? lol what a joke.

It's funny how you grow up in the same town and just know a person just by in passing or you share the same friends. Makenzie has been going to Child Care Network for 2 years and she graduated last week from there. If you a hands on mom you'll understand where I'm coming from with this message. I've been blessed to have Marsha to look over my child as I go to work and school. When I tell you she's walking in her purpose I wouldn't be lying this woman is gifted with kids. Not only does she looks after my child but this is her up down in and out EVERY classroom in the building with a smile on her face. There's been a few mornings my child didn't want to get out the car and all I had to say was I'm calling Mrs.Marsha or she had to come get my child out the car and work her magic. Makenzie teachers were AWESOME, they kept me updated on everything and was on point. I couldn't asked for a better group of professional women. I just had to let you know Marsha Melvin McDowell we appreciate all that you do. As Makenzie continues on with school journey I pray that we get the same if not all but half of what gave my child and others.
