- DTDerek ThomasMay 22, 20251.0I witnessed an employee(younger, dark hair, white female) grab a child who had gotten outside of the play area by the arm, drag the child back to the play area, and drop the child on the ground. Little to no remorse seemed to be there. I don’t have any children but I would not want mine nor anyone else’s children being treated in such a way by a daycare.

Arrived on time after hurrying to make it across town after work, only to be left outside after repeatedly ringing the doorbell, only to finally speak with a parent coming in for a pickup who finally told the person in charge I was there. When she finally got with me it was only to inform me they had no availability for my son's age group. When I asked why she set up a tour then she rudely replied that SHE didn't. No account ability and the reviews were already iffy at best. Do NOT waste your time and sanity on this place.

My daughter and I have been extremely pleased with the care that has been given since the taking over of Childcare Network. The staff is extremely helpful and go above and beyond, it will truly be a said day when my daughter ages out next year. The working parents best friend is not only their motto but also the true definition of the service you will receive.
