  The employees here are amazing! In a town that is constantly out of fountain Dr pepper, they always have it in stock here. If they've seen me before, they always remember my order and are just so sweet! Love this location and the employees in it!!

  To whom it may concern, I just left trying to purchase a pack of cigarettes at this location. They were very busy with a line of cars almost out to the main road to turn from Lee Blvd. Not a problem or unusual as Chiefs stays very busy. To avoid my car being out in the street and overheating from recent car issues I parked and choose to purchase my cigarettes at the walk up window option. I rang the door bell button and waited..rang the bell again, waited. No one. Knocked on the window, no one to help respond still. I decided to ask a Cheifs clerk outside that took a customers order walking back in if they could help me, or let them know I was even there? She said they are busy and will have to help all the cars first. Then out of no where a man working with a crew on the roof approached me and said aggressively can't you see they are busy. I asked who are you and why are you getting involved. He told me if I didnt like what he was saying or happening to leave! I informed him you don't know what people are going through in their own lives, my car is over heating and he needs to mind his business and quit speaking to me like he was. Personally, I didn't owe him any explanation and knew I wasnt dealing with someone right in the head to be so upset with me just requesting help or acknowledgement I was there. It truly doesn't take much to acknowledge a person at the window and let them know they cannot assist at this time because they are too busy to help the window customer. I left Cheifs to avoid harassment and anger escalating from a man I have no clue who he is trying to intimidate and make me feel unwelcomed. Not sure who will read this, but just wanted to make you aware. Whoever is doing work for your building was very intimidating and mean. Made me uncomfortable and upset to the point to even post this negative review. Description of the individual: White man with dirty blonde hair, loose curls, rose colored short sleeve shirt wearing a baseball cap. Decent looking, dark tan with no facial hair I believe.. I love Cheifs but after this experience I don't know if I want to return. I don't know if the man harassing me... putting me in my place...was part owner of Chiefs. His arrogance and confident behavior he presented to me felt acceptable with no fear of being reprimented as if he was the owner. I'm a loyal customer that goes only to Chiefs to purchase cigarettes. After today I feel super disappointed, disrespected and not welcomed. I feel defeated for no reason and truly shocked at what just took place. Thank you for whomever takes the time to read and sorry to upset your maintenance crew member.

  Use to be fast now take me 10 min or 15min to use get cigarettes. I rether go the one on cache Road they are faster. And I don’t have problems with them
