  We were at this location doing shopping while the crew was doing training. As we were leaving, the manager called us over. We thought they were giving out free samples but that was not the case. Much to my family's surprise we were given 3 bags of food! The manager was extremely friendly and the food was delicious. Definitely coming back and looking forward to trying the shakes and other menu items.

  I asked if I could just get sandwiches instead of combos and cashier rolled her eyes and said yes in the most annoyed way possible. I normally leave a tip, but, I didn't like being treated like that because the menu didn't have prices for just sandwiches. Then when saw I left no tip, again with the eye roll. While I waited for the food, there was an employee who was frustrated the cashiers were not getting shakes for the customers, and when the more pleasant cashier suggested she would, the employee told her not to and keep ringing up customers. So, what was the point of calling them out in front of customers and then telling them to keep doing what they are doing? I don't think I will be back. I get much better service and food at Jaws Jumbo burgers and it's family owned and close by!

  They just opened and the two order takers we’re more interested in talking to a customer at the end of the counter then they were taking my order.After standing at the counter for 5 minutes a manager took my order but didn’t correct the 2 ladies. The coke machine was out of syrup. Service is not a priority and I will not return.

  Saturday October 18 at 11:17 am I come in trying it really hungry While I’m asking for sauce the lady upfront she completely ignored me until I said again then saying we charge for sauce I’m thinking this is first time here your just opening why am I paying for sauce I asked can I try all the sauces then I get my food you would think the food for a new location would be very hot it was not hot at all but I can say the shakes are very good but that’s the only thing that’s good here

  We’re big Chicken Guy fans and have always loved the Orlando location, so we were really excited to try the new Ocala spot. Unfortunately, our first experience was awful. The soda machine had no ice, the fries came out cold, and to make matters worse, my very first bite of a chicken tender had a bone in it. That’s completely unacceptable. I understand new locations have some growing pains, but basic food quality and safety shouldn’t be one of them. Really disappointing — I expected much better from Chicken Guy.
