  We ordered the chicken fingers combo… chicken was rubbery indicating that it was probably microwaved after being cooked.. tasted awful… couldn’t even eat one whole chicken finger. Fries were too salty… wouldn’t recommend at all!

  I’m not a picky eater at all but we order our food, and didn’t noticed they had a tiny sign that said cash only. Which whatever we just went to pull the cash. Pop station was so dirty, couldn’t get ketchup, it wouldn’t work. Then we go to eat our food and the chicken was so old. And now I lay here the next day with food poisoning..

  Fries were stale, flavortown fail. Poor customer service, dirty facility, food was meh.

  Super disappointed. It’s frozen tenders on a bun calling it a chicken sandwich. The sauces are horrible. I’m surprised it was that bad, I really had high hopes being that its Guys restaurant.

  I love GUY in general from his show and how he’s created himself, but the chicken tenders were dry encrusted salt slabs. Coleslaw comes on the sandwich I ordered and it was slopping everywhere and made the bread soggy as soon as I took the sandwich out of the bag. and sat down. Went to pump out catsup for fries, it was empty. The table were to be desired as well. Definitely not returning to this restaurant in the food court at the casino inside Soaring Eagle again, ever. This is the third chance I’ve given them. Nope!!! Definitely not a reflection of the idea and service Guy created for himself. 👎😢
