Whomever took the appointment however listed it as as a total checkup when in reality I wanted a 2nd opinion from my usual Dentist. Everything was great & I would come back. But this could've gone badly. I assumed they knew since I specified & they were about to go in a very different direction.

This was my first time at north shore, and I thought it was very, very well organized.I was in and out within forty five minutes.Heather Piel was the nurse practitioner.She was amazing.She made me feel very comfortable.And I will go there again

The Doctors, clerical staff, lab technicians the chiropractor and the pharmacy, kind and professional! The Chesterton location goes above and beyond providing excellent efficient customer service. This week I went to the LaPorte location on Monday, the staff is super nice but I am less than impressed with the NP! I wouldn’t normally say anything, we all have a bad day but I had another visit with her in March this year. She acts like a spoiled brat, like she is being put out by doing her job and treats you like a second class citizen. I think she is in over her head and unhappy in her role. Her lack of relative job experience shows. As the highest executive on-site, her staff out shines her in their level of professionalism.
