- SWS WOct 16, 20255.0We’ve had a wonderful experience with Chesterbook Stony Point from the very beginning. We joined the waitlist early on and waited a little over a year for a spot to open. Throughout that time, the principal was incredibly kind and communicative. She kept us updated regularly and worked with our family as our circumstances changed. Now that our child is enrolled, we couldn’t be happier. The teachers are warm and caring, the environment feels welcoming, and our little one truly enjoys going each day. It’s clear the staff genuinely care about the children and families they serve. The wait was absolutely worth it, and we’re so glad to be part of this community. Highly recommend!

The staff is very professional, nurturing, and passionate about early childhood education. The curriculum is both engaging and age-appropriate, fostering creativity, curiosity, and social skills. My child has learned so much in a short period of time. The activities are thoughtfully designed to promote exploration and hands-on learning, and it's clear that each teacher is committed to helping every child reach their full potential. A word of advice to prospective parents: getting on the wait-list early is important! That said, I really appreciate how understanding the administration is. We had an extenuating circumstances that prolonged our enrollment timeline. Our situation was met with kindness and accommodation. From that experience, I can say they do their best to consider parents' situations with care and attention. Overall, it’s been a positive, enriching place for my child to grow and develop, and I can’t recommend it enough to other parents looking for a nurturing, high-quality preschool.

- MTMeghan TOct 3, 20251.0I’d like to second the comment that they are charging expensive non refundable registration fees ($110) and everyone is waiting years to be enrolled(I’ve been on the waitlist for nearly two years). They refuse to refund you the $110 even if they can never enroll your child.
