  We’ve had such a wonderful experience here. The communication with the teachers is excellent—especially with the app they use, which makes it easy to message them directly and get quick updates. Our family went through a big transition recently, and the staff and administration was super supportive in helping our son adjust. The curriculum is solid, and we love all the hands-on activities that keep him engaged. Plus, there are plenty of opportunities for us to be involved as parents. It seems there’s something new to do for families every month! Highly recommend this school.

  My child doesn’t really learn anything there. He doesn’t cry anymore during drop off but he asks daily to stay home rather than go there. Before we moved here, he would cry to go to his preschool and almost daily would come home and have learned something new. Everyone is friendly here which is nice I just think the educational aspect of things is just on paper. Their daily summaries are useless and don’t actually reflect what actually happened during the day, it’s just them checking a box. If you just need a place for your child because of work or personal things, it’s ok. Last thing is COMMUNICATION. Getting a response back or a call back or update about anything on all levels is like pulling teeth. Such a simple thing that apparently is hard to do and I understand they have staffing issues and are busy but I have waited more than a week for responses or updates and I ultimately eventually catch whomever in the center to get an answer/response.

  CBA North Pointe has been a great fit for our family. Our 2.5 yr old daughter has thrived there. We relocated to Lancaster PA and had a rough go of things at our first daycare. We needed to make a change swiftly and Ms. Amy was responsive, warm, and welcoming. She made the transition smooth and efficient. Our daughter talks about her teachers and friends at home and is excited to see them everyday. We feel confident in her care, development, and safety there. Our interactions with staff are always positive, joyful, and reassuring - we so happy we found CBA. Special shout outs to Ms. Amy, Ms. Ayanna, Ms. Melyssa, Ms. Mackenzie, Ms. Abby, Ms. Kelsey, and Ms. Jaylea. The love and care they show our daughter - with hugs, hairdos, patience, dancing, and play - is what we hoped for and more!

  Chesterbrook Academy is my son’s new journey in a learning center/daycare. I am so appreciative of the support from all of the amazing staff; shoutout to (Miss. Steph for helping with difficult morning dropoffs, she is an angel & being amazing to my son during the day as well) I couldn’t be more thankful. Miss Abby, & Miss McKenzie (for amazing communicate in the afternoon and giving positive feedback & giving awesome pointers as we move forward. Miss Amy- is very thorough, communicated very well with me as this is a big transition. I believe this school year will be great for my little boy, and I love the help with this big transition for him. Thank you all so so much!!!! You are so appreciative. If you are seeking childcare please set up a visit and see for yourself. You won’t be let down.

  If I could give Chesterbrook 100 stars I would! My son came into this facility with open arms after struggling to find his place at another daycare. He had many behaviors in the other place, but as soon as I expressed my concerns to Tyisha, she made me feel that my son isn’t an issue and that they CAN and WILL help him out. All of the behaviors that the other facility expressed about my son, he did not display those behaviors AT ALL in Chesterbrook! They included him in everything, made him feel welcome and created a safe and fun, learning environment for him to THRIVE! What I loved most was I was able to tour the school for more than an hour to meet with the teachers and have my son apart of the class before he started there. He got to see how his day would be like if he was there and they also made sure they included him with line ups, going outside and, playtime transition to small group activity. Kiki and Jaylea are exceptional! I have nothing but great things to say about both of them and every other staff that are here. I appreciate all they do for my son while I am at work and I can feel at ease that he is safe not cause he’s in a building but because he is with teachers who care and love him like their own. They make sure to tell me about his day as soon as I walk in the door.
