  I work with Karen alot and she's always punctual. Comes and opens the door right away. Gets us things we need. Great building manager.

  We lived there for a year before buying our first home. The building is always clean, hallways vacuumed and stairwells swept. The landlady always keeps the front of the building looking nice with flowers and the lobby is nice and clean. Very well numbered parking spaces and parking for visitors. Our apartment was nice too, newly renovated with new appliances, new cabinets new flooring, very clean washroom. Ours was a two bedroom with very good sized rooms with a nicely laid out kitchen, dining, and living room. Balcony’s are nice and well maintained. The land lady is awesome, very good to deal always going above and beyond what we asked in a very timely manner. The building is surprisingly quiet with a lot of really nice family’s and others living there. Garbage at the back is clean as can be, with weekly pick up keeping it tidy. Overall the best experience one could want moving into apartment living.
