  Good food. Chef Safari does a great job, and Ska is a good spot to have a drink and some of the chefs cooking.

  The owner is wonderful! Master chef truly with the degree to back it up. The food has so much flavor and richness without overwhelming. My new favorite spot in Durango!

  I had the honor of meeting Safari tonight and I am so grateful. The food was delicious and good soul is so kind. A blessing to experience a meal like this in SW Colorado🥹 An absolute must if you’re in Durango ❤️ The cookies were also amazing, that meringue one!!!!!!! GIVE IT TO ME😁 I’m talking about TORE UP that plate

  We ordered food to go and almost all of it was really good!! It came out fast, too, for how much we ordered. Our only minor complaint was the coconut cookie was pretty dry and super crumbly. But everything else we had--the samosas, oxtail curry, chicken tikka curry, lentils, injera--*delicious*. Definitely recommend! Would be fun to eat onsite there some time, and grab a beer from Ska Brewing nearby to wash it down.
