At the young age of 22, Adrianne Calvo was inspired to open her namesake restaurant, Chef Adrianne’s Vineyard Restaurant and Bar (“Chef Adrianne’s”). The restaurant quickly grew in popularity with Calvo’s Maximum Flavor cuisine infused in all corners of the menu – from her 24-hour Braised Prime Beef Short Rib to her insta-famous French Onion Soup (only served on Tuesdays). In 2014 and 2017, Chef Adrianne’s was awarded Best Restaurant by Miami New Times’ Readers’ Choice Awards, but Calvo had more than just the fan vote, the media agreed. The restaurant was also named among Zagat’s 15 Most Unique Restaurants and noted as one of the 17 Most Important Restaurants in Miami by Thrillist.

Best rack of lamb you’ll ever have hands down. Lamb is always a hit or miss and usually a miss when it comes to restaurants in Miami. At this spot, it’s perfect every single time.I don’t know how they get that perfect crust and it doesn’t have that funk and game taste. They know what they’re doing with lamb. Service was also unusually friendly. We had fella named Alonso who made the experience very pleasurable.

All of my friends have been saying for years that Chef Adrienne’s is the very best in Miami and for some reason or other, I never made it out west to try it. I don’t know what I was waiting for. This restaurant is incredible and finally a place that isn’t all hype. I had a crown of lamb fit for a king. I felt like royalty or something. Service: spot on. Food: unreal. Portions: Big. Cleanliness: very clean. Parking: plenty but also valet if you choose or good option if it’s raining. Tip: sit outdoors . They have a beautiful waterfront terrace.

Outside of Tuscany, this is the best bolognese you can have. My wife and I have traveled far and wide and this has been the closest. All of NY’s Italian icons, LA, Philly, Boston, DC, this chef must be Italian or lived in Italy. Get a bottle of red wine and just enjoy. This is special. And their portions are giant. Service was excellent. Only thing is we barely understood the hostess because she spoke to fast. The restaurant needs to know that they set the tone for the meal. Our server Amanda was very pleasant.

Met up with friends to celebrate birthdays. I love the location and atmosphere... sophisticated without being pretentious. My first drink was okay but the second one was amazing (spicy see the pics). I had a sweet and spicy shrimp for my appetizer which was delicious. I tried my friend ceviche taco which was tasty. Another friend has loaded tacos which was also good. I ordered the Salmon from the Miami Spice menu. I didn't really care for it. My creme brulee for dessert was perfectly made ..not overwhelmingly sweet. The chef stopped by the table to say happy birthday 🍰
