At the young age of 22, Adrianne Calvo was inspired to open her namesake restaurant, Chef Adrianne’s Vineyard Restaurant and Bar (“Chef Adrianne’s”). The restaurant quickly grew in popularity with Calvo’s Maximum Flavor cuisine infused in all corners of the menu – from her 24-hour Braised Prime Beef Short Rib to her insta-famous French Onion Soup (only served on Tuesdays). In 2014 and 2017, Chef Adrianne’s was awarded Best Restaurant by Miami New Times’ Readers’ Choice Awards, but Calvo had more than just the fan vote, the media agreed. The restaurant was also named among Zagat’s 15 Most Unique Restaurants and noted as one of the 17 Most Important Restaurants in Miami by Thrillist.

Wow!! Last night we celebrated my husbands birthday at Chef Adrianne’s and I have to say everything was absolutely delicious! It’s been a while since we’ve been to a restaurant where we have been so satisfied that we have said we will be back and we will definitely be back to Chef Adrianne’s! I am even eating the left overs for lunch and it’s even better today! This is definitely a favorite spot for us! 10000/10!!

The mahi mahi would have been more enjoyable without the lemon sauce, as it rendered the dish somewhat dry and overly tart. The Brussels sprouts might also benefit from being served without the balsamic vinaigrette. The sweet and spicy jumbo shrimp were truly delectable; however, the yum yum sauce was unnecessary, as the flavors stood well on their own. The lemonade, while flavorful, was excessively tart. The crab cakes were a highlight — juicy, crispy, and perfectly prepared — and did not require the addition of pico de gallo. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the dining experience and appreciated the quality of the food and presentation.

We have been coming for years, we even did my inlaws 50th anniversary private room event here...but sadly they have been going down in quality and definitely quantity for us in the last year. They eliminated some items we loved..The pork belly,,sadly is mostly fat, guessing to cut corners on cost. They No longer give the comp bread, guessingsame,, to cut corners on costs. Eventho everything isnpriced higher and in smaller quantities..The drinks are pricier, the sides are now extra and the portions definitely shrank. We came to try them again with the lobster roll special. They were delicious,,but tiny. The service was very nice and the place always looks nice. Not sure when we will be back again unless they run some decent promotions.

I was so disappointed. This place was recommended by one of my credit card company. I looked at the menu I read some of the reviews so I was very excited to experience this restaurant for my husband birthday. My husband is a Chef so when I take him out it has to be top level as he works in fine dining. It started off great. Service was good throughout our experience and for that alone I gave the 3⭐️ however food and drinks was a bit of a let down. For drinks I ordered Lychee Martini. They brought me a Lychee Guava Martini, apparently that’s a specialty cocktail of theirs. They remade it to just Lychee but it was awful. It wasn’t a real martini with the actual fruit but the Syrup. I didn’t drink it, it sat on the table the entire time with no mention from anyone if I wanted something else. We ordered Burrata Amalfi and the Bone Marrow for apps. My husband said the burrata was great however the bone marrow was extremely salty that I couldn’t even eat it. The bacon onion jam on the bone barrow was laughable if that is what they considered bacon onion jam. Again my husband is a Chef and he not only works in fine dining but in the many years we’ve been together we’ve experienced some amazing cuisine domestically as well as internationally. I love Bone Marrow so I was very disappointed this appetizer was inedible. My entree I ordered “their special” for the night Sea Bass with risotto. The waiter came and told me they ran out of risotto would I like another side I chose asparagus. I was quite shocked to see the food runner bring me a Mahi Mahi. I hate Mahi Mahi and would never order it. I expressed I ordered the Seabass they proceeded to tell me they have none. I was completely done at this point. This restaurant comes off as fine dining but is FAR from it. We traveled 2 hrs to dine here and I won’t be making that mistake again. The atmosphere is nice, service was nice but the food was beyond disappointing which is sad as this is after all a restaurant.
