I wasn’t even mad about having to pay, I was simply asking and she was immediately condescending and rude. “Do you REALLY think a checked bag for departure AND return would only be $48.90?!?” It was incredible how rude she was. If you purchase anything through this company, I pray that you don’t have any questions or apparently you just get yelled at.
