  I called to figure out whether we had paid for a checked bag for a return flight because the email seemed to indicate that we did and I was yelled at by a customer service representative apparently named Jenny (she said her extension was 110). I wasn’t even mad about having to pay, I was simply asking and she was immediately condescending and rude. “Do you REALLY think a checked bag for departure AND return would only be $48.90?!?” It was incredible how rude she was. If you purchase anything through this company, I pray that you don’t have any questions or apparently you just get yelled at.

  I have used this site a few times and every time I do they charge me $25-$50 for a supposed reissue of tickets. Think twice before using this site.

  I bought tickets and the next day they called and said they couldn't sell the ticket at that price and only at the higher price. I bought tickets at that price but somewhere else. They are not responsible and I don't want to deal with this company.

  They never help. I paid for seat assignment with them and when i got to the counter, i was told there are no seats assigned to me.

  Most arrogant customer service people just because they got your credit card number they charge you for anything on top of ticket price and if you ask the reason it's on small print of your ticket don't buy anything from these people good way to con people
