- NONeNe OJun 2, 20251.0This is not an inviting place to live at all. The staff is very rude. I can't remember one time i have or walked in trying to get information about their lease and waitlist and felt welcomed. There is this woman named Tracy who answered the phone very rudely and impatient last time i called. She sounded like I was bothering her and put me on hold for ever and when she finally came back to the phone she rushed the conversation and didn't even give the information I was looking for. I understand it can be busy at the office but you still have job to do. Very disappointed. I will take my interest somewhere that will become me and my family.
