We loved our stay here and wished we had booked longer! We did a short stay passing through because we knew it was off season, but would have loved to spend a couple more nights here. We got the oceanfront king suite and it was very large. We woke up for sunrise and the beach is steps away. It was also private which was even better. The hotel had bikes to utilize, which we didn't have time for. It was such a cute little getaway spot!

They have the location. Nice rooms, clean and well maintained. The pricing is what it is, the area is expensive.

Nice little place to stay
I booked an ocean‑view room at Chatham Tides for a quick Cape Cod getaway and paid just over $800 for one night (after taxes/fees). Unfortunately, the room had no working air‑conditioning—a deal‑breaker on a humid July day.
What went wrong
• A/C was completely inoperative.
• Maintenance dropped by but couldn’t repair it.
• I phoned the front desk twice requesting a manager to discuss partial compensation; nobody ever followed up.
The result: a sweltering, sleepless night and radio silence from management since checkout. For a property in this price bracket, I expected basic comfort and responsive guest service. Until Chatham Tides can guarantee functioning amenities and timely customer care, I’d suggest looking elsewhere on the Lower Cape.
After reviewing other reviews. It seems the AC issue has been ongoing. We should have opted for a refund and left. Being the 4th of July weekend It made it a little hard to find any place with availability.
