  My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Hope and her incredible team for our wedding on October 19, and we couldn’t be more grateful! From the moment we started planning to the final dance of the night, Hope’s attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care made our day truly unforgettable. She even became a Jets fan, just for one day😍 Every single element—from the decor to team communications, the timeline—was executed flawlessly, and our guests are STILL raving about how beautiful and seamless everything felt. All we had to do was focus on each other and enjoy our day. While there was some confusion separately with room sales regarding our guest bookings, and I enjoyed my stay in the bridal suite, we’re hopeful that this will be resolved soon. It didn’t take away from the magic of the day, and we appreciate everyone’s efforts to make things right. Thank you again to Hope and her team for making our wedding everything we dreamed of and more!

  Hope & The Château Grande Hotel Our experience with Hope and the Château Grande Hotel was outstanding from start to finish. Hope is responsive, reasonable, and incredibly honest—qualities that made the entire planning process smooth and stress-free. Every interaction felt like a true partnership, and she consistently went above and beyond to make sure every detail was executed exactly as we envisioned. Her staff is equally impressive: professional, efficient, and genuinely invested in making the event exceptional. Throughout the event, they were attentive without being intrusive and kept everything running seamlessly. The facilities at the Château Grande Hotel are stunning—beautiful, clean, modern, and impeccably maintained. Every space felt intentional and elegant. And the food—absolutely phenomenal. The presentation was gorgeous, the flavors were incredible, and every filet came out perfectly cooked, which is no small feat when serving a large group. Our guests are still talking about it. If you’re looking for a venue that combines exceptional service, breathtaking spaces, and true culinary excellence, look no further. Hope and the Château Grande team deliver a flawless experience. Highly recommend!

  My daughter had her wedding at Orchard Park on Thursday October 9 th 2025. There are not enough words to express how happy we all were with the whole experience . The outside area , the venue and the waiter / waitress staff. We’re beyond our expectations. It was a wonderful celebration. Hope is amazing ! She is honest , loaded with info , and always there ,willing to help make your wedding perfect. The food is delicious and cooked to perfection. Guests at the wedding were coming up to me and complimenting the venue , the food , the the wait staff.. I would highly recommend this hotel for your reception. Even the outside grounds are kept nicely. Another part of the experience. part of a beautiful wedding experience. As far as the hotel rooms, impeccable . The bridal suite was huge and very accommodating . I could go on and on. All I can reiterate is I am quite thrilled with our experience . Thank you for the wonderful waitresses, the delicious food , and the coordinator Hope who goes beyoind. Please accept our heartfelt thanks The Clarke family

  UNBELIEVABLE WEDDING EXPERIENCE. My husband and I got married at the Chateau Grande on September 20th and it was above and beyond our hopes for the day. From the very beginning, Hope was there for every question, phone call, and request (no matter how big or small) and truly made us feel so comfortable. We didn't hire a planner or day of coordinator because the team at the Chateau Grande is truly all you need. The months leading up the wedding, Hope and her team were communicative and accommodating to every request and idea we had. They truly made our vision come to life and I still am in awe looking back at the pictures. From our rehearsal dinner the night before to the last call at the after party - everything was drop dead gorgeous, delicious, and the service was next level. I was honestly very stressed out about the set-up and break-down process as we were doing our own florals and a lot of DIY decor, but Hope and her team truly made sure my husband and I didn't have to worry about a thing. We were able to be present and enjoy ourselves the entire weekend thanks to them. If you want to feel like you got your money's worth at a venue - BOOK the Chateau Grande. Our guests couldn't believe how much food was being passed during cocktail hour, no one was ever waiting for a drink long, the rooms were BEAUTIFUL, and the service was absolutely unmatched. Serenity, the bridal attendant, made sure my dress was always fluffed for pictures (even jumping through a bush to float my veil and get out of frame), helped me into my dress, brought champagne up to the suite, RAN up to the bridal suite to grab my second look dress, and even tidied the suite prior to pictures. My husband and I had a couple requests through the day/night (i.e. turning the lighting down when it was time to party, moving the outside bartender inside during reception, etc) and we were always to find someone to ask and they did it immediately. Special shout out to Joe for checking in on us through out the night. I could go on forever, but truly the best decision we made for our wedding was booking the Chateau Grande Hotel. So many venues crank out weddings and can make it seem so impersonal, but not here - Hope and her team truly made us feel like we were the only wedding they had for the year. We cannot thank them enough for making our dreams come true and giving us the best experience possible!

  We had our wedding here and I truly cannot say enough—if I could give more than 5 stars, I would. This venue and team delivered not just a wedding, but the best experience of our lives. As someone who has worked in the service industry for years, I’m very detail-oriented. The Chateau Grande and Orchard Park team went above and beyond in every single way. We originally picked the venue because it was close to home and fit our vision for a smaller wedding size. What we didn’t expect was a world-class experience that our families and friends are still raving about. From the very beginning, everything was handled with transparency and thoughtfulness. Hope, our sales manager therapist and planner extraordinaire, was the first person we met and who set the tone for the whole journey. I had never planned a wedding before—and it can feel overwhelming. Hope gave me the gift of letting go. She is that rare mix of expert, realist, and creative partner. She helped me see what was possible, made sure my ideas and vision came to life, and executed every detail with care. When it came to décor and design, she pulled everything together so the space reflected us as a couple. On top of that, Hope stayed on-site making sure everything ran smoothly—after a packed weekend of back-to-back events. You would never know she had other weddings; she made us feel like ours was the only one. That level of dedication is priceless. The hotel itself was another highlight. The suite was huge, with more than enough space to get ready comfortably. It truly felt like the suite was designed with brides in mind. Neesh, our event coordinator, was just as phenomenal. She was kind & responsive.She personally contacted each of our vendors, confirmed instructions so I didn’t have to. That kind of support is invaluable during wedding planning. Walking into the finished space and seeing how perfectly my vision came to life brought me to tears. Justin, my bridal attendant, deserves his own standing ovation. I didn’t know what a bridal attendant did until I met him, and now I can’t imagine my day without him. He stepped in on his day off when my original attendant had an emergency and gave me the kind of care you can’t put into words. Justin anticipated every single need: champagne when I was nervous, fixing my veil and train so every photo was perfect, suggesting photo spots, even finding numbing spray for my shoes. He kept my famously late family on time and made sure I knew what was happening at every moment. My maid of honor joked she could go home because Justin had it all covered. Truly, every bride deserves a Justin—he set the bar high. And then there’s the food—WOW. If there’s one thing every guest agreed on, it’s that the food was unforgettable. The cocktail hour was over-the-top in the best way, and the dinner that followed was just as impressive, with generous portions and incredible flavors. Our international guest list included American Russian, Jewish, Caribbean, and Latino families, and everyone raved about how good the food was. People are still calling us to talk about it. It didn’t feel like “wedding food” but fine dining experience flawlessly executed. Special thanks to Cristiano, the Maitre D, who set the tone for the evening and made sure everything ran seamlessly. Every transition was smooth, every table was cared for, and our guests felt looked after at every moment. Together with the serving and bar staff, the service matched the excellence. At the end of the night, my husband and I looked around at all of our smiling family and friends and said: this was perfect. Not just because we got married, but because the team at Chateau Grande and Orchard Park created an environment where we could actually enjoy the day stress-free. To the entire staff—you didn’t just give us a wedding, you gave us memories we will cherish forever. You deserve all the raises, praises and accolades! You set the bar impossibly high for service, hospitality, and care. If you’re even considering this place for your wedding, stop searching. You found it.
