  I couldn’t believe how fast the application process was. I am in a 2B/2Ba Flat and it is very spacious, clean and comfortable. I absolutely love the area and it’s been the nicest I’ve experienced since moving to the city.

  There are quite some scam practices at this property. 1. The "valet trash" service is creates nothing but problems. You have to pay $20/month so they can tell you how you can throw away your trash. You can't take out your trash outside of the 6-8pm window or they will fine you $50. If you don't take your trash can back by 9am, they fine you another $50. The best part -- they don't even come to collect trash at the time they are supposed to. Sometimes you wake up with our trash still sitting on your porch and you will have to get it into your house again or, guess what, they will fine you $50. 2. All kinds of shananigan fees will be charged to your account. You have to pay them a "convience fee" starting $2.95/transaction no matter how you choose to pay your rent. There is no payment method that does NOT cost you extra. Not to mention the account activation fee and other nonsense fees. Roads are shitty at this property. Street lamps and car ports are shaky and never fixed.
