  I went here hoping for a quality dinner with my wife yesterday. I was severely disappointed. Firstly the table arrangement was very disorganized, and unclean upon arrival. There was barely any room to get to the booth that we ended up sitting at, as it was the only one available. When we sat down there was mess splattered on the table. An employee there was preparing a table for reservation and did clean ours after I asked him as he was walking away. He was kind, but tables should already be orderly and clean for all guests, not just reserved tables. Secondly the food quality, service and ordering system is lacking. To begin with, their technology doesn't seem to work. The message printed when we used their ordering kiosk stated I should get a text when my food is ready, instead I needed to wait to hear my name shouted across the restaurant. I never got a text. The system shouldn't state one thing, and then something else happens instead. The food takes way too long to be made. I understand that fresh, quality food needs time and attention. But, the time it took to prepare what we were served isn't justifiable. We waited 40+ minutes for two samosas, two fries, and two sandwiches. It doesn't take 40 minutes to make these items while ensuring quality and freshness, not for a good restaurant at least. Once we finally recieved our food we were especially disappointed. To start with, the samosas smelled like chicken, which they shouldn't, they're veggie samosas. We suspect they were fried in the same oil as chicken, which is not good practice for a restaurant. I ordered my sandwich with no sauce, and my wife ordered with no pickles. Neither of the modifications were done. To top it off, my wife's sandwich was made with a comically small piece of chicken, the size of a chicken strip. When I asked at the counter to re-make the sandwiches, I was told there are other customers who placed orders and they will not expedite remaking the food that was made incorrectly. At that point, I was fed up, asked for a refund and left. I was not going to wait 1 hour or more for below average food, after already waiting. The restaurant clearly doesn't care about their customers and serving quality food based on this experience.

  We went there there today and ordered two zinger burgers one with no pickles and spicy with the second one with no sauce. Guess what, they make both wrong, they don't read any instructions and when u see the burgers it's like kid size. when we go to complain they was like that we can make another one but after the other customers , like seriously first I have to wait for my order and then they bring up something which I don't even ask and then they want me to wait more. Honestly this is not how it suppose to work. Otherwise the atmosphere was good like most other pakistani restaurants. So 3 stars only for vibe .

  Excellent food. Great burger. Service is good as well. Ambiance and decor are well thought out. Also ordered the Kebob and chicken with rice, the sauce they provided complimented it well. Located on second floor. Pay no attention to the other reviews. Come for the food. Eat it. And enjoy. Third time I’ve been. And will continue to recommend to others.

  They have improved and it remains one of the better places to go to in the dmv for Pakistani food. They specialize in trendy items like their lacha burger , matka chai and Pakistani barbecue. Overall very good , they just need to hire more workers because it seems they are too busy to keep up with the rush , wait times can be long.

  The food is decent. I wouldn't drive 40+ minutes to get here at all. At least not anymore. Food quantity is a joke. They introduced new Paratha burger but the size of them is no bigger than a regular size cookie. Not to mention that it costs $12.99 + tax and comes with less than half a hand of fries and no drink. The pictures you see online are highly exaggerated. Atmosphere could be out of this world but they don't want to maintain. Its dirty everywhere, inside and out. Water is dripping from the ceiling, from at least 4 different areas. Customer service is so bad. The had the audacity to look at me with a side eye when I asked for a couple of cups of sauce, especially after charging $12+ for small burgers that were finished in 2 bites.
