Do You Have a Minimum Delivery Policy for oil?
Yes, our minimum delivery of heating oil is 100 gallons. Any delivery under 100 gallons comes with an additional fee of $35.
Is There a Minimum Delivery for Propane?
We require all propane tanks be filled at time of order
I Own My Propane Tank. Will You Deliver?
If you provide proof of ownership – like an invoice – we will deliver. At that time, our driver will perform a five-point safety check. If the check fails, the driver won’t be able to make the delivery.
Do You Offer Locked-In Rates or a Pre-Buy Program for propane?
We don’t lock in customers for a specific price, nor do we offer pre-buy options. You may work out an informal budget, but we’ll need enough money to cover a delivery prior to one being made.
Do you Accept Fuel Assistance?
Yes. First, you must qualify for the program and apply through the proper office. The programs we accept are found on our Customer Resources page.
What’s Your Oil & Propane Delivery Schedule?
We aim for next-day deliveries. At times, depending on the weather, it may take up to three days. Call us and one of our customer service representatives can tell you what our current schedule is.
What Happens if I Run Out of Heating Oil?
Don’t worry. We provide a same-day delivery option at an additional charge. If you need us to restart your system, the delivery driver can prime your burner (depending on the type of unit) for a fee. Someone must be at home at the time of delivery for us to provide this service. If the driver is unable to start your unit, contact us for service.
