  Shopping at Charlie Wilson’s has been one of the best experiences that I’ve had in quite some time. Marcie Hartman was our sales rep. She was very knowledgeable. Very helpful. I can’t give enough praise to her. The whole shopping experience was outstanding and they deliver and the delivery guys that came in delivered to us JNL I believe it was the two young men that came to my home and installed my washer outstanding They were above and beyond their duty meaning they were willing to explain things. Tell me what I need to do. I just can’t say enough good things about my experience and I know if you go you’ll have A wonderful experience also

  After trying to get a direct warehouse delivered from Frigidaire (three times and 45 days), I finally gave up and called Charlie Wilson’s. Kyle was super helpful! We discussed on the phone about what I wanted and then he spent some time and effort getting a specific model pulled out of their warehouse, get it unpacked and ready to see when I got there. He was never pushy at all. (I hate pushy, lol) The delivery guys were pros too. They had to take the doors off of the old refrigerator and the new one to get it through to my kitchen. They did not hesitate and worked well together as a team. Only took about 15 minutes. Hopefully, it will be a really long time before I have to get another appliance again, but I will call Kyle when that time comes.

  We recently purchased a washer and dryer from this store. The sales experience was great — Landen helped us and was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave us a great price. Unfortunately, the delivery side of things completely missed the mark. The delivery crew left water all over the floor and didn’t mention it before leaving. My wife (who works from home) discovered the mess and had to clock out from work to clean it up. When she called to report the issue, she spoke with Kyle, who simply said, “Yeah, that can happen sometimes. You’re right, they should’ve said something.” — no apology, no offer to make things right, nothing. Even with a positive sales experience, I can’t in good faith recommend them based on how poorly the delivery was handled and how dismissive the response was afterward. A good product and fair price don’t make up for bad service and a lack of accountability.

  Charlie Wilson's did an awesome job I updated my kitchen with a new refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. The refrigerator they brought cracked on the inside in 24 hours. They were on it. I called and they had it replaced in less than a week. I would highly recommend them for your appliance needs.

  We shopped the usual big box home stores. We couldn't find anyone knowledgeable enough to earn our confidence enough to buy from them. We called Eddie at Charlie Wilson's, and were immediately impressed with his vast knowledge and expertise, and ability to recommend just the right products to meet our needs and desires. Ultimately, we chose to give our business to these folks and will definitely be back when it's time to replace another major appliance. Great job Eddie!
