Staff was knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating before the purchase, but then unwilling to be accommodating on delivery of a $4,000 purchase. Expected better customer service, and willingness to accommodate customer needs.

Low rating solely due to delivery contractor they use (our in store service was great, thanks Mike). During our first delivery attempt the fridge did not fit and other issues with washer/dryer. Anyway, I was given about 10 seconds to decide if I wanted to send it back or not and felt very pressured to hurry up. They seemed to be in such a hurry that they were practically running. Second delivery they assured us fridge was good to go when they left. However, the water was not working (they hadn't even gotten the pitcher out of the box in the freezer section to test it) and the middle drawer was not functional (the controls for it did not light up). My husband was able to find the access panel and found that the control wires for that drawer had not been connected. So far water still not working and CW can not get someone to come out til tomorrow (and it's not even noon yet). The delivery is bad enough that I will not recommend CW. Will be requesting a refund of all delivery charges.
FOLLOW UP: So the installers that CW recommendded for our dual fuel range (as CW's regular installers won't do that - which is a good thing since there would probably be houses blowing up all over Kentuckiana if you let those bozos touch a gas line) looked at the water issue with the fridge. The idiot delivery folks never turned on the water... And never tested that it worked before they left and assured us all was working. CW would be wise to look at changing delivery contractors.

THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WARRANTY!!!
On October 31, 2024 my wife and I bought a Beauty Rest Black Series Mattress from here based on a friends recommendation. We were very excited to get a top of the line Mattress to replace our 20 year old current one. Sleep is top priority to us because we both have demanding careers. We splurged getting the 2nd best mattress they sold. We paid $3,399.00 plus tax just for the mattress alone. After about 6 weeks, we noticed the mattress started forming a hole about midway down on the left side. I reached out to the Sales Manager Chris Kelly and they said it would be replaced. I went ahead and upgraded to the BEST mattress they sold hoping we wouldn't have the same problem. Another $400! On March 27, 2025, I reached out to Chris again to let him know we had another failure. SAME EXACT SPOT!!! He was quick to apologize and offered another replacement. We discussed what would happen if the new mattress failed. We can't continue this process every few months. He said that if the 3rd mattress failed they would issue me a refund and we would part ways. Well, on July 1, 2025 I notified the Sales Manager Chris Kelly that we had another failure! I assumed per our previous conversation, they would come get the faulty mattress and issue a refund as we agreed upon. Instead, a shell game commenced. Charlie Wilsons passed the baton to the Simmons Rep Brookes Gardner who has been completely unresponsive to my communication.
It's terrible to expect a customer to deal with your factory rep! I bought the mattress from you. You extended the 1 year warranty! Charlie Wilsons totally dropped the ball in standing behind their product. So much for supporting a Small Business!
We are average size people. My guess is these mattresses are not meant for an adjustable frame (which they sold to us as well $899)
Meanwhile we are sleeping on a slant. My back hurts when I wake up. Toss and turn all night and get stuck in the hole. Have to roll uphill to get out! I've given them more than enough time to make this right. Dozens of emails and phone calls. Filing a lawsuit in Small Claims Court today!

Great service all from my phone, ordered refrigerator, they checked warehouse, all amounts taken care of with credit card over phone, delivery setup finished!!!

Their selection at the store is impressive as is their staff! From choosing and ordering through installation, the staff at the store was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They helped us find exactly what we wanted. Marcie, our sales pro, knew the options and helped us to secure exactly what we had in mind. The installation guys, Phil and Landon, were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient !
