  This is the worst location of all of Charleys because of the guy that was so rude to my on friday I will NEVER eat from here again. He took my order wrong and refused to remake it. I had to threaten to call the police for him to remake my food. Even the lady behind me was treated poorly by this guy

  I should have known better. I only eat at Charley’s as a treat. I think I dealt with the franchise owner. Everything about the guy just gave off a bad vibe then the whole BS with an almost forced tip. Wasn’t even the problem, the sub was just bad. Super salty and cold cheese squirted on and still in perfect lines not melted. I think this experience is the last one for me with Charley’s . I’ll find another chain.
