  Fue mi primera vez comprando en esta sucursal siempre compro en el Charley’s del mall. La verdad solo pedí una simple instrucción que la mitad de mi sándwich no llevara tomate y el cajero se molestó y me atendió toscamente la verdad no me gustó por qué estaba pagando por un servicio. Se puso molesto por un pequeño cambio en la orden y se fue para el área de los empacadores y se andaba quejando de mi orden. 😒 mal el servicio y al final no hizo la orden como la pedí 😂

  Beware i placed an online order and the total was $19.07, when I got in store to pick up, the guy at the counter said they didn't have any online orders. So since my card was not charged I placed the same exact order in store. Then was told my total was $24.xx. RIDICULOUS. I told the guy it was a $5 difference and he says "that's price", no offer to discuss what could be so different online vs in person. Pretty shady if you ask me.

  They don’t even speak English. Obviously can’t get any service from these people. It was a mistake to go there .

  Ordered via their app and then picked up. Order was complete and ready as soon as I arrived. A regular size sandwich is more than enough to split between two people. The steak is moist and finely cut. I also loved that they separated my sandwich and fries using parchment paper. Thinking about their customers' food quality is very high on their priorities.

  You always know what you get with Charleys. Good staff here, very friendly and nice.
