This is feedback from an Uber Eats customer. I really think you all need to start sealing or closing food bags before giving them to drivers. Every other restaurant does this to ensure the food isn’t tampered with.
It’s a simple step but a major one for customer safety and trust. People are crazy out here, and no one wants to worry if their food’s been opened or touched. Please take this seriously—it’s an easy fix that makes a big difference.

15/10 Experience and I just went through the drive thru. Seif is charismatic, funny, and attentive. This dude, left me dying of laughter while I was waiting for my meal. Super great experience for my 1st time at this CHARLEYS location and he needs a raise yesterday!!
I had an amazing experience at this restaurant from start to finish. The service was outstanding—the staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. They were welcoming the moment we walked in and kept checking in to make sure everything was perfect.
The food was just as impressive. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The portions were generous, beautifully presented, and tasted incredible. You can tell the kitchen takes pride in what they serve because everything came out hot and perfectly cooked.
The atmosphere was also great—comfortable, clean, and a nice vibe overall that made the whole experience even better.
This is definitely a place I’ll be recommending to friends and family, and I can’t wait to come back. If you’re looking for excellent food paired with top-notch service, this is the spot to go!
I wanted to take the time to share how disappointed I was with my recent experience. The overall quality of the food was extremely poor — it was not fresh, tasted old, and was nothing like what I expected. On top of that, I was shocked and disgusted to actually see roaches inside the establishment, which immediately raised serious concerns about cleanliness and food safety. As if that wasn’t enough, when I tried to address the issue, the worker with black hair and glasses was incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of showing concern or offering to help resolve the situation, she spoke to me in a very unprofessional tone and made me feel like I was a burden for even bringing it up. On top of that went back and started laughing with this bigger girl that was in the kitchen. Between the terrible quality of food, the unsanitary conditions, and the unprofessional service, I can confidently say this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had.

I arrived at the drive thru. A female told me "Just to let you know we are busy and is a 15 minutos wait" i said is ok. . I thought she was going to take my order but she said just a moment. I was waiting but nothing. Then i realize that i was the only car at the drive thru and no customers inside. So i left. Very bad ecperience. And is worst because it was my first time at this location. Very bad first impression.
