  This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. A woman, possibly named Alex, refused to remake our sandwich after it was made incorrectly. My sister has a mushroom allergy, yet the sandwich still came with mushrooms. When we explained the situation, she was incredibly rude and dismissive, insisting we would have to pay for a brand new one instead of correcting their mistake. She argued with us, showed no concern for the allergy issue, and ultimately refused to remake the sandwich. Completely unacceptable behavior—absolutely would not recommend this store.

  It’s very unfortunate that you hire people who does not care about the establishment or their job!!! They are there just to be there. I have been to this place twice, both times received the wrong thing. Are you guys keeping the chicken for yourself? Or not probably reading the ticket? Or just think everyone wants beef. If they were not back there playing and dancing, AirPods in their ears. Maybe just maybe they might get it right. The guy with the pink hair came to the front of the counter and yelled at the cashier. Telling her to multitask! Meanwhile she is the only one on the register and the place is packed. He goes to the back and continues to rant and curse very loudly!!! I will NOT be back to this place. Do better

  worst customer service ever. people are horse playing on the kitchen and manager does not care at all topk 20 minutes for a milkshake alone
