    I speak English and we have a hard time understanding each other. They have the best ice cream when it’s working as well as the soda and ice machine.

    If I could leave zero stars I would. I rarely leave reviews and as someone who works in fast food I understand but the balding guy with grey hair and glasses who’s always on register in here needs to work on his customer service and how he treats his customers idc if it’s inside a Walmart or not. He rushed me to come up in the line and order while I was on the side looking at the menu. I attempted to order 2 small chicken cheesesteaks and almost got charged $20 for it. I stated very nicely that the pricing didn’t look right as it’s 6 and some change for each sandwich. He erased the whole order I repeated more than twice and got mad I asked for my receipt. He decided to get smart and say yeah when it comes out and rolled his eyes and said something slick out of his mouth and asked my bf how he puts up with me and I snapped and it lead to an argument All over a RECEIPT . If i’m spending money with you don’t try to clown in my face . UNPROFESSIONAL trolling or not watch how you talk to people

    Absolutely DO NOT order from here. I wish I had an image of what I received that they considered a cheesesteak… basically just bread with a pinch of meat and a pinch of cheese. They should absolve themselves from the cheesesteak business

    Rude cashier flipped out on a lady for stuff she didn't want on her sub then go hippy and flipped out on me causing a loud argument and cussing worst place ever I would never order there. Horrible staff/owner. Please do better.

    To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at Charley’s Cheesesteaks & Wings located inside Walmart. My visit on [insert date] was extremely disappointing due to poor service and a lack of professionalism from your kitchen staff, and I feel compelled to bring this to your attention. I initially went to the location based on information from my son, which turned out to be incorrect. However, since I was already there, I decided to make the best of the situation and ordered two cheesesteak subs. The cashier was courteous, but unfortunately, the issues began with the preparation of my order. Despite clearly communicating my preferences—including a request for extra onions (specifically double extra), and a substitution of Cooper Sharp cheese (which was not available) with both American and provolone cheeses—my instructions were not followed. The cashier failed to relay my specifications to the cooks, and the sandwiches I received were both visually unappealing and lacked flavor entirely. They looked nothing like the promotional images and tasted bland. Moreover, I was shocked by the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from the cooks. I could see the preparation area clearly, and despite my request for extra onions, I observed only a few pieces being added. When I politely asked the cashier whether the sandwich was mine and pointed out the lack of onions, I was told it was. I then addressed the cook directly to ask for more onions. Instead of responding professionally, he laughed at my request. I asked what was funny, yet he and his colleague continued laughing while the cashier remained silent. I had to raise my voice to be taken seriously, at which point the cashier said something (presumably in Arabic), and the cook finally added a few more onion pieces—but still nowhere near what I had paid for and requested. While I remained composed and did not escalate the situation further, this experience was highly unacceptable. I left the establishment feeling disrespected and dismissed as a paying customer. I do not intend to return to this location. I urge management to take this feedback seriously and retrain your staff—particularly the cooks—on the importance of customer service, proper food preparation, and fulfilling orders accurately as printed on receipts. No customer should be treated with such disregard. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. I hope this issue is addressed promptly and appropriately. Sincerely, Shawn M
