For the most part the staff is extremely friendly! There’s a young kid who work who plays his music too loud it difficult to order and hear him. The owner/manager is extremely rude to the customer, I have watched customer walk away from him due to his attitude. Tonight, I watched him put sauce on a table for a customer almost hitting the young lady in the office, never apologized just walked away. This owner/manager shouldn’t be operating a customer service establishment. Charley’s should seriously consider yanking their name from this individual. Like mentioned early the employees are amazing. I try to only come when they’re working.

The man making the food was rude and disrespectful. Poor customer service. I felt bad for the female working there. She was polite.

Food is always solid but the service is less than ideal. The guy at the counter told me they can only take/process the app promo code when a manager is here and he is not here so I would have to pay regular price. There so much wrong with that statement, one how are they operating without a manager or supervisor on duty and two why do you send flash promotions you won’t process. Horrible customer experience I did not order and left the store and went subway instead.
