  The Wings and the fries were burnt, On top of that rude cashier and the cook literally went on her phone while working on the clock! That’s unsanitary!!! On top of that, it took about 20 minutes for me to get my food. Ridiculous. Never again will I come here.

  Seriously? I order the buffalo ranch sandwich and bacon ranch fries and what I get was a buffalo ranch sandwich that was open in the box with the toppings stuck to the top, and when I say stuck... I mean I had to pry it off with a fork... Still didn't get the fries, had someone else's sandwich in my bag. It's not that hard .. finally, when you confirm the order, maybe that's the time to make it... Then you don't have the mistakes mentioned above and can actually function like a business. I've been to Charley's all over the US and never had this incompetence. Second thought, I should have known... Your rating isn't great for this specific location... It should be a lot lower. And no, I will not order from there/step in there again. Just do better.

  We have never been here before, my 10 year old son had a couple questions. A very kind employee named Ivy not only greated us as soon as we walked up she answered all my sons questions and even offered him a sample of the sauce. We just got our food and she is so kind and thoughtful. My son said she is so nice mom. We’ll be back! Thank your Mrs Ivy!

  Server brought out the drinks and food and the sub and chips/fries were freshly cooked and super hot! One of the best quality take out places I've been to for this type of food. Great. Not busy at all on a Friday afternoon. Thank you crew.

  I am a 61 year old retired Navy Chief & know a good sandwich when I taste one. Well, I honestly just had the absolute best Philly Cheesesteak I've had in many years at the Charley's inside the Walmart on Marks St in Henderson! The meat, cheese, vegetables & bread were all so fresh & tasty. I got it to go, but it was still perfectly prepared & packaged in two equal halves by the time I got home. They were all very friendly there as I watched two cute ladies put my sandwich together so professionally & efficiently with attention to cleanliness which is also important to me. I was very impressed with my whole lunch experience today & will definitely be eating there again soon. You will not be disappointed in any way once you try the awesome food & service at Charlie's Cheesesteaks! 😋
