  I had the best experience at this Charleys..my order was on time and the food very well prepared..Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. Joan was very kind.

  Bro gave me a thumbs down when I tried to come in at 10:05 PM as if I was in the wrong when he closed 3 hours early... smh

  I ordered two 20 piece boneless wings with two large fries. When I picked up my food in noticed I was missing 20wings. I came back to the store and the kids working lied and said he put both 20pieces in one container. I get all the way home to find only 20wings. I drove back for a 3rd time to get my order fixed. I keep having poor experiences at the dale mabry location due to young teens not caring about the food. They dont toss the wings in the sauce they just squirt it only in top of the food. This place was good in the beginning but has failed poorly with teens running the store. I wont be back.
