  First time I’ve been dissatisfied with a meal from Charleys. There was so much cheez wiz on the sandwich that I couldn’t taste anything else. I’ll go back because the sandwiches a usually pretty good at the various locations, but this time was a dud

  I had a very unpleasant experience at this location. After waiting at least 10 minutes to get waited on I was accidentally charged for a drink I didn’t order and simply asked for a refund. Instead of handling the situation professionally, Brianna and Savanna made me wait about 10 minutes for my money and then threw it on the counter while making rude comments. She even told me she hoped I never came back. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior toward a customer. I will not be returning, and I hope management addresses this kind of treatment

  Just wow!! I am amazed at how fast pace the workers are and how fast the food comes out! I came to this location because many people told me they make great sandwiches and wings. The service at this location is lovely i was treated very kindly and the store was very clean. I will definitely be back again! THANK YOU !

  This place hits the spot. I love the large 3 bacon cheesesteak and the bourbon with shredded cheese. The ultimate fries are so filling along with the tasty lemonade add ons with peach, watermelon, and mango. Also, the owner is extremely kind!

  I was ordering in the drive through 8/15 when I smelled weed. To no surprise, was a worker in the back visibly lighting up a joint then going back inside after smoking. Not exactly what you want to see when ordering from an establishment.
