  Yikes?! Where do I begin?! I visited this location on 10/12/25, around 6PM and was honestly shocked by how unprofessional one of the employees was. We came in with a positive attitude, but from the start, the worker taking our order seemed irritated for no reason. When I asked for a meal without cheese, she sighed loudly and rolled her eyes. As I continued ordering, she repeated the same behavior — clearly annoyed and dismissive. Her tone was condescending, and the entire interaction quickly went from friendly to uncomfortable. We eventually decided to cancel the order and leave. As we walked away, she made a face at us for cancelling. I mean…with that attitude, what did she expect? When I took a photo to document who we will be referring to in this review, she looked right at the camera and smiled mockingly, like she didn’t care about her behavior or whether management saw it. After reading other reviews, I noticed someone else had the same issue with this employee, so it’s clearly not an isolated incident. It’s disappointing to see management hasn’t addressed it. I also cannot understand how someone can waste their energy being a mean girl. Poor girl is not happy and I hope she finds it.

  I had ordered on the app and when I went to pickup they said they never got the order. I showed my confirmation email and told them I had already paid. They said they can't do anything so I tried to call the number and it wasn't a valid number. I emailed a few times and no response, so I went back to the store and they wouldn't give me any information on who to contact even after I asked for the manager's information. Beware of this place!!!! I want my money back!!!

  Hector and Alfonzo are so friendly and pleasant to talk to! They always take care of my orders fast and inform me of the deals! The food is also delicious!

  Charleys bueno en sabor, buena ubicación en UTC, lo super malo es la persona que atiende tomando órdenes. No tiene ese carisma para atención a cliente. Enojada todo el tiempo que toma tu orden. Ahora entiendo por qué las 3 estrellas.
