  Restaurant was dirty, tables sticky, food was made incorrectly, thankfully they corrected with no hesitation but didnt have a good vibe in there.

  I’ve always been a cheese steak fan if it’s on the menu I try it. This place was very disappointing the sandwich isn’t even close to the fotos on the menu and the taste isn’t there.

  We don’t eat out very often, so a break from cooking at home is a welcome treat for me. I’ve got a thing for Philly’s, so I was super excited to get home with our bag full of goodness. Unfortunately, they had not included my sandwich in the bag. Called and the store admitted they forgot it. I left my family at home to eat their sandwiches and went back to get mine, which they said they would fix fresh for me. Once I got there, I still had to wait for them to fix mine again. Once I got it, the guy said he included a cookie in there. Although I would have expected something more like a refund or coupon for a free sandwich next time, I accepted that a cookie was okay. I was just ready to get home and eat. I was looking forward to what I expected would be a nice cookie, like something fresh and cholocately chippy. To my great dismay, all I got was this lousy Oreo cookie for my trouble.

  Cheese steaks are outstanding, however the wings were a little dry, they do offer discounts for healthcare workers.
