- EEErika E.Jun 26, 20252.0Poor customer service - even worse when dealing with UberEATS or DoorDash. The pricing and practices on placing orders via the platforms are predatory and ridiculous. Restaurants partner with these services and rip you off with their prices and then UberEats adds insult with their own poor quality of customer service when you try to dispute or correct an issue. They are horrible with resolving issues and there needs to be more regulation.
