  I just ordered a chicken Philly, and an Asian man didn’t want to give me chile jalapeño. He was rude and didn’t even realize I was sitting right in front of him. They put the chicken and meat on the griddle when the person is still paying, and then after the person takes just three steps, this man hands them the food. I saw how he did it, and the meat still looked bloody—and yet he still gave it to someone. It’s scary to think it might be undercooked. I don’t know if anyone has gotten sick, but I’m writing these reviews out of concern, because my chicken might be the same way. The people at the register are very kind, but this Asian man is extremely rude and cooks the food very poorly.

  Sat here and waited 25 mins for our wings as the line continued to pass us by. We asked for help multiple times and kept being pushed away, then finally someone helped us entirely different than the cooks. We watched over 20 people get their orders as we sat and waited for 20 boneless wings and fries. The worst service ive ever recieved at a charleys

  Kiosk ordering machine denied my card for no reason, charged me for the order twice never completed on the screen and they refused to do anything about it.
