Workers clearly don’t want to be there. Forced me to use their kiosk, after waiting in line 15 min to place in person. In doing so, I paid ~$10 to customize my items (seeing the option) and was told after payment that they didn’t have any of it. They also didn’t give me a receipt so I could show them that they owe me a partial refund. Waited 20 minutes for the main food to be ready, when they handed me my fries and mozzarella sticks right away. Meaning they were cold and soggy by the time my sandwiches were ready. No straws, no ice in my beverages. I watched a worker (with gloves on) touch another worker and use the same gloves to cook. Yall are messed up bad at this location…uses to be good.

It’s so sad when all 3 employees let you know how much they hate their job with being rude, disrespectful and uninterested in the customer… management you have a problem here!

I’m a big fan of the food at Charlie’s but this location at Great Lakes Crossing could use a boost of customer service, cleanliness and over ordering efficiency. There is literally only one kiosk to order from and that is it. Makes for a long and inefficient line. All the equipment and countertops are always dirty and the employees don’t seem to care about customer service or have any sense of urgency for getting orders out.
