  Third time ive tried and every time ive been very dissapointed in portion and flavor. Ordered a large old school cheese steak and found it extremely underwhelming and nothing even close to the advertisements or menu pictures. I understand most fast food doesnt match the pics but they take it to a new low. Needs a class action against it IMO. Crazy how they think its ok to advertise they way they do because its 100% false advertisement putting almost nothing in the sandwich when the pics show it overflowing. Flavor is very disappointed. Ended up throwing half of it away. Do not waste your money here. Unfortunately, they have a spot in the mall food court so people used to buying a decent cheesesteak dont learn about their deceptive advertisingand weird flavor until its too late. They need better spices and either match proportions to their ads or fix their misleading pictures. French fries were the only good thing.

  The cheesesteak and french fries was excellent, the problem I'm having is the cashier says tips are appreciated, now correct me if I'm wrong the cook in getting paid hourly and the cashier is getting paid hourly, they're not taking my food to the table I have to pick it up they're not coming to my table and asking me is everything okay or do you need anything else, so do you see the problem I have in do they deserve a tip or not? For doing nothing but their job that they're getting paid for.
