  yo! shout out all yall at charleys, been eatin at this specific location since i was like 9 years old and the food is always absolutely amazing. i work at the mall, somebody came by with the friday samples and had me a killer chicken philly.

  Watched a member of their staff walk out of the stall in the men's room and right into the restroom kitchen without stopping to wash his hands. I'll definitely never eat there again

  Placed order in person for carry out. When we got home we realized the order was completely wrong. They must’ve given us someone else’s. Tried to call for a refund - but they don’t have a direct line. Customer service was hard to understand. They said they could have the store manager reach us but we need to send them a picture of the wrong order. Such a hassle. Will dispute the charge. We should be have to jump through hoops to get the order we paid for or to be refunded for the wrong order. Absolutely ridiculous
