  The cheese steaks are good when you are able to order them. I've tried a few times to come order and the workers literally hid behind the counter, crouched down. I thought they were cleaning something or had dropped something but they only peaked up a few minutes later to see that I was still there and then hunched down again without a word.

  I have come here many times but a few months ago I ordered 2 large subs, paid for them and went to pick them up and the place was closed. The management is not good at customer service and I did tell the management about the incident over the phone and was basically called a liar. Is the owner in the habit of ripping people off? I would love to hear from them and have complained to corporate but it’s crickets. They would need a very big gift card and a full refund before I go back to that location. I will answer if contacted but they obviously only care about $ not customer service. Maybe I should contact the BBB. Think I’m lying? Here are the pictures I took as proof that I was there.

  My wife introduced me to this place a few months ago. Every Philly cheesesteak I've had has been great! They give a generous amount of food for a cheap price. And their lemonades are delicious! I would choose this Philly cheesesteak over any subway philly any day.!!
