Great food. However what was the most amazing was the Gentleman working the counter. He was AMAZINGLY helpful and BUSY. He was running around doing everything except cooking it seems. Give that man a raise !!

The food is amazing. But they tend to overcharge and add on extras to get the most money possible from you every time at this particular location. I’ve overpaid, underpaid and paid what I thought I should have paid. To sum it up, their prices are never consistent.

I had a disappointing experience with the manager, Kylie, during my recent visit. My family and I were standing at the register waiting to be helped, and Kylie came to the front twice without acknowledging us not even a simple “I’ll be right with you” or “Sorry for the wait.” It felt like we were completely ignored.
On top of that, I was concerned about the lack of cleanliness and food safety. I noticed Kylie handling money at the register while wearing the same gloves she used to make subs. Even worse, she had a pen clipped to her shirt, used it to mark off boxes, then placed it back and continued preparing food with the same gloves. That’s extremely unsanitary and unacceptable in any food service environment.
It’s really frustrating to see such disregard for both customer service and cleanliness. What happened to basic professionalism standards?
