  I have visited Charleys a few times when I was in colonie center. I liked the Philly chicken steak sandwich with fies and a drink. A simply sandwich but quite good. The staff was friendly and did an adequate job. I should return one of these days.

  I ordered a combo, they gave me the completely wrong meal and made me pay 2$ extra to add a drink despite it being pictured on the image. Argued with me over whether or not I could change my meal and didn’t give me what I wanted at all.

  No one can speak English. Spent 40 dollars and the order was completely the opposite of what was ordered. They need someone who speaks fluent English to greet customers and take correct orders

  Service had gone down hill !! I don’t know if the employees are over worked (that’s me bring sarcastic, seeing it’s a pandemic and hardly any traffic in the mall) . But , every time I order from here now my food is not tasteful . The portion of a large Fry is a joke and not worth it !! . They need to shape up or hire new staff. Sorry 😞

  The prices for the cheesesteaks are ridiculous for the amount of food they give you it is laughable. They get a star for making it fresh in front of you and it's good but not great. 2 stars for their strawberry lemonade....delish.
