Ayer fui a comprar unas bebidas. Hice el pedido de las 2 bebidas y mientras miraba las panatallas a ver qué si ordenaba algo de comer, el muchacho que atendía era como peruano. En una forma grosera apagó las luces y botó las papas fritas y le dije que quería una orden de alitas y me dijo que me había demorado mucho en decidirme en hacer el pedido, pero en un tono grosero y de paso que si quería o no las bebidas, sentí gran impotencia por el trato que se le da al cliente que al final son los que mantienen esos tipos de negocio y ese personal tiene su salario por las ventas, nunca más volveré y nunca lo recomendaré a nadie. I was the only customer. There were 3 staff members behind the counter. The cashier was on his phone. I waited. I actually wasn’t sure if they were just closed so I asked and finally he looked up from what he was doing… and became ready to take my order.
Placed my order, and received it shortly after - so to their credit they were quick.
Unfortunately, they got my order wrong so I had to go back. When I asked the same guy to take it back and replace it with the right order, he looked at me like I was stupid.
Both the incorrect order and the correct order I eventually got were unevenly coated (wings). I won’t be going back - super greasy, and salty food, and really mid customer service.

The photo you see is a “large” fry. Paid $35 for a minimal amount of food. I even asked the guy and he reassured me this is their large. The price for the amount of food is outrageous
