I went to charleys cheesteaks at magnolia mall, and i was greeted friendly, i paid 15.81 for food and i asked for cajun seasoning for the fries, it looked horrible and it tasted disgusting they added way to much seasoning and the lady making the bread ready she had dreads had a bad attitude she was tossing the customers food and was being rude calling them out, i asked for a refund i only took a bite they denied me a refund while having a attitude.

Half of your staff needs to be replaced at this location. I come in multiple times a week and see the same things. The final straw was me ordering my mobile order and the cashier being petty and telling me I had to wait. Made 2 drinks sooo slow and then still looked past me until one of the regular employees saw me and handed it to me because she knows me from going so much. That was enough to honestly send me because if it had been there the whole time , why was it an issue to pass it off to me ? This is your job , if you have an issue with it or being a people’s person maybe you need to look for a different job ! Please make changes !!
Side note- the girl cook with dreads is always super helpful and knows how to cook perfectly !

This would be a great place if the staff was a bit more professional. I see too much grabbing the phone, checking it while fixing people's food, and the cashier seems to be very lazy if you ask me.
Worst and unacceptable customer service. The staff (two ladies) already saw us stand there and ready to order but they would not take our orders. We tried to leave just to give them time because we thought they might be busy, but even when we came back, they just stared at us and simply would not take our orders.
We found it very rude. Why would they even open the store if they're not willing to take orders? We even told them we're ready to order and asked if we can order but they just stared at us as if they did not hear us. We were even delighted to know that there is Charley's Cheesteaks branch near us (we tried the Myrtle Beach branch and was satisfied) only to find it we'll be treated this way.

I wish I could give this something more than 1 star. I ordered take out and they closed early due to storm. The problem was when I went in the next day. They didn't want to help me at all with my order the day before. I said ok, we'll ill follow up on that. I'll order today. They would not help me. They were more upset that I interrupted their conversation. I was the only customer. I shuffled done to next restraint in the food court and ordered from them. Being part of one of the largest employers in Florence... ill be sure to spread the word on avoiding Charlie's.
