- CCCarmen CreightonSep 30, 20251.0I ordered a chicken teriyaki sub with bacon cheese fries com o. I waited up to ten minutes just to get home and realize that I had someone else's order. They had a 6 piece honey BBQ bone-in wings.... I called back to the store get no answer and realized the number was printed wrong on the receipt.... So I wound up just eating the wings to find them hard... I didn't even want the fries after I tried to eat the wings. This was my first time trying this restaurant and sadly this will be my last time.

- MFM FFeb 24, 20251.0Absolutely terrible service first the self service machine was frozen for about 25 minutes after charging my card and my order not appearing in their system and the one worker taking orders kept saying to wait for it over and over till 20 minutes later when she said she would call the manager never did it finally unfrozen only for our food to take another 20 minutes just to make 2 sandwiches while no other orders were being placed.
