  Terrible Service Experience I ordered a drink and large cheese fries, and the woman behind the counter was rude from the start. They weren’t busy, yet she barely spoke English and refused to give me a receipt. I was with my six-year-old daughter, planning to share the large drink, but when I asked for another one, she spilled it on the ground and showed zero empathy. Then she gave me a regular drink instead of the large I paid for, with an attitude, saying that was all I could get. When I asked for a manager, everyone pointed to some guy named Franklin who looked clueless and wouldn’t answer questions. Another employee, Gonzalez, laughed and said they already gave me a regular drink. No one would say who the actual store manager is. I called customer service, and they said they’d contact the establishment. This was terrible service. I’d give zero stars if I could, but I’m forced to give one.

  Have only ordered fries and Cajun fries from here and they are always fresh and crispy. Potato to skin ration is great and excellent price. Got mozzarella sticks which were good too and peach lemonade which was since. Nothing to complain about considering price and location. Nice people working too!

  They are cross contaminating here!! Used the same utensil for the raw meat and cutting it up. Then the guy proceeded to use his unwashed hands to put the lettuce on my sandwich. Ate it because I was hungry. Took note of this and now 2 days later, violently sick with a horrible stomach ache. I don’t recommend eating here unless you want food poisoning, even though the food is delicious 😢 such a shame.
