  Terrible place. The staff were rude. The cashier said she would take my order and the walked off to have conversation with a friend in the mall. She then directed her friend to come to register to take their order. My order was eventually placed and was cold as the staff take door dash orders and prioritize those orders. Possibly the only time ive see my food made to order and then sit at the end of the line whole door dash/ uber eats orders are filled. No one was wearing gloves or hair nets - maybe the grease burns up the hair if it gets in your food? Food was too cold to enjoy - threw the order away as the there was no reason to complain to staff that dont care. I got Chick Fil A. One of the worst places in the mall and the only reason they have a line is because they are incompetent. Dont bother.

  Employee was incredibly rude, mumbled and slammed my bag into my hand even after I tipped. Still got the order wrong, worst restaurant in the mall.

  Staff were extremely rude. Fries had no flavor. Bread was smashed up. Smiles and niceness go a long way in the service industry.

  Staff is very rude, we pay $21 for ONE combo meal to share and asked for mayo on our sandwich and was told no or we'd have to pay extra, asked for ketchup since their self-serve area was unkept and empty and was given 1 ketchup packet, and when I asked for one extra plate since I was sharing I was told no, I then ask for some napkins since the dispenser was out and the employee told me she'd go get some, I waited 20mins while I ate and she never came back out. Also our sandwich came with cheese and they barely put any. These people act like these things are coming outta their own pockets.
