I ordered the boneless chicken special, and unfortunately, the chicken was fried extremely hard, making it difficult to enjoy. To add to the disappointment, the ranch had an odd texture with noticeable chunks. When I shared my concern, the cashier responded by saying, "I'm not the cook." While I understand he may not have been responsible for the preparation, a more thoughtful response and resolution would’ve gone a long way in ensuring a positive customer experience. Customer service should always be a top priority—and a genuine apology without a solution feels dismissive. I did appreciate that the fries were fresh and consistent with what I’ve come to expect. But sadly, I left feeling like I wasted my money, as no do-over or compensation was offered. I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience moving forward, because I really do want to continue coming back!
