: Urgent – Missing Refund and Poor Quality Meal
I recently visited your location and ordered a steak sandwich combo. Unfortunately, the meal was extremely disappointing—the sandwich was bland and lacked seasoning, and the fries were cold and tasted old.
Initially, I requested a kids’ boneless meal but was told it was unavailable. Moments later, I was informed there were four left, yet the ones I received were clearly old and not fresh. I then requested tenders, but was told those were unavailable as well.
I asked for a refund, and the staff assured me it was processed back to my card. However, the refund never posted to my account. To make matters worse, the restaurant was out of receipt paper, leaving me with no proof of the transaction.
Please review this matter and ensure my refund is issued promptly. I would also appreciate a follow-up regarding the quality concerns I experienced during my visit.

slow staff with no rush to get food out, lemonade tastes like Chemicals. The sub is pretty good though.
