  THE SANDWICHS HAD A VERY NASTY SMELL TO IT MADE MY STOMACH HURT THE MANGER DIDENT WANT TO GIVE ME MY FULL MONEY BACK AT THAT I GAVE HIM ALL THE FOOD BACK AND EVERYTHING NEVER AGAIN NASTY

  All fresh/plentiful sandwiches and fries. Only 2 employees at 5 o'clock working very hard. Clean bathroom. Thank you. They included napkins and coupons.

  This was my first time trying Charleys Cheesesteaks. I’ve been meaning to get in to try it, so today was the perfect day since I was in the area shopping. I ended up ordering a Chicken Philly without the peppers or mushrooms. I wasn’t aware that it came with tomatoes and mayo, I didn’t see it listed on the menu. I removed the tomatoes and kept the mayo and I’d say paired with the onions, lettuce and seasoned chicken, it’s a nice fulfilling bite. But come to think of it, it didn’t come with any provolone cheese so that’s disappointing. I also ordered Cajun fries, but I think they came a bit too seasoned. I had to add extra ketchup lol. I also ordered a Cookies and Cream shake, but when I ordered it (Aracely) told me that I couldn’t add it to my combo meal. I had to buy it separately. Which is also odd, because the Charleys Cheesesteak App allows me to add a shake to a combo meal so I’m not sure why it doesn’t apply in-store. The food is good, though the confusion threw me a little off, between the ingredients on my sandwich, to ordering a shake with my combo. But, with Aracely’s kindness and sweet service, it makes it worth to consider visiting again. Thanks Aracely! I’d give my overall rating a 4/5.

  Pretty good so far
