  Didn't get what we ordered my wife ordered the number 2 and with fries and the kid said fries don't come with it we get it every time we go there and she said 2 root beer and when she told the girl she said fries she was going have her pay for a mistake the cashier instead of of all them just standing around so you're jobs he said fries don't come with none of the meals after all that she got a bag and we left wow you all must train them to just stand around out of site and didn't even get the meal didn't even see a manager 😔 and my steak was dry asked for mushrooms and there was none

  It's inside a Walmart but it's clean and the food is amazing. Vladimir was very professional and polite and the cook that brought our food to us was very nice (sorry, no name tag) I highly recommend the old school cheese steak that's made with the whiz. Great fries, awesome experience before a Walmart shopping trip.

  Ordered from Doordash. First and last time. Missing items from order. Food was soggy, undercooked, and cold when arrived. Old dry meat. Doordash didn’t want to send me a new order nor refund. Tried to call store but phone is not working.

  Charleys Cheesesteaks & Wings Wal-Mart N. Ft. Myers Fl. 5-8-25 Stopped in on a Thursday at 11ish. This place was inside a Wal-Mart, it was neat and clean. We got a table right away as they just opened. This is the largest Cheesesteak Franchise in the world so I thought I would try it. Their Cheesesteaks come in 3 sizes small 6 inch, regular 9 inch, and large12 inch. Prices range from 7 to 9 to 12 Dollars and change. You can get extra Cheese or Meat for an additional cost. I ordered the regular size 9-inch Steak Philly Cheesesteak which comes with Steak, Onions, Mushrooms, Green Peppers, Provolone, Lettuce, Tomato and Mayo. At one time I lived near Philly, and I never had a Cheesesteak with Lettuce and Tomato, so I opted out of them. My wife ordered the 6-piece Boned Wings Plain with Fries. Wings are available in 6, 10, 30, 50 pieces. They also have Boneless Wings. Prices on all Wings are from 7 to 46 Dollars. Our food came out fast. The Cheesesteak look good as did the Wings and Fries. The Cheesesteak bread was toasted and not bread I was use with Philly Cheesesteaks. It was a little flat, but it wasn’t bad. The Provolone Cheese took this steak sandwich up a notch. This sandwich was not the worst but its just different from all other Cheesesteaks I got back north. My wife’s Wing were big for Wings and very good. Fries were so so. All our food was hot, and it was tasty. I would stop by here again in a pinch for sure.
