  Last week I went to Charleys and noticed significant improvements since my last visits. The service time was much shorter than usual, fries were perfectly cooked, and food was neatly placed into the container instead of plopped into it messily. I went back again later that week and had the same experience. I hope the pattern continues.

  It's not an efficient operated place. The lady operating the register couldn't focus on taking orders due to constantly turning away to put bread on the toaster belt. One guy working the grill seemed to handle business good, another guy finishing the sandwiches seemed to be handling more jobs than he needed to. All the while, two people stand in the back seemingly lost at why they were there standing in the way of everyone else. Bread was falling off the belt because no one was watching to get it when it was done. I even witnessed one of the plastic containers melt before my eyes due to one of the people doing nothing "standing right next to it" did nothing to stop it until another employee came over to stop it. The line and wait during lunch time was ridiculous because of the inefficient system. Hope you get it fixed soon.

  I love this place. Best subs ever. Daily special is small chicken sub and fries for approx $7.50 and with a drink just over $10

  They need to remove or change the hours on the sign they have posted up on the store

  Good Charley's location, also I have changed the location of the business on Maps, should be reflected now.
